Double Loading Layers with Fields #3

When loading layers with fields (possibly only the first time the layer is loaded) the layer is loaded with the original CartoCSS then reloaded with the CartoCSS for the selected field.

Check if method for applying CartoCSS before loading the layer exists.

i think i fixed this at some point
