error when run the run-asm-pipeline-post-review.sh, the final.fasta was too small

hello my friends when adjuest the juicerbox, geneated the review.assembly . and use the run-asm-pipeline-post-review.sh to genearate the final fasta ,but its error. my genome size was 23g, and the final and FINAL fasta was just 500mb. how to handle with the error , thank you the commands was bash ~/software/3d-dna-master/run-asm-pipeline-post-review.sh -r ../fusion_second2.0.review.assembly ../fusion_second2.fasta ../aligned/merged_nodups.txt

and the log file was show the upper was normal and the follows was the frist time I met

内存不够，要往512g以上去试，最好1t，我的700多才正常运行

兄弟们，为什么跑出来的结果文件里全是NNNNNN啊，并且报错文件里什么都没说，可以解答一下吗？
