Map loading bug? #176

These maps apparently don't load

Erez's suggestion - I think there ought to be some subroutine that, upon loading, confirms which hic libs are available so the rest can be grayed out and flagged or something.

I think all of the maps that are in a given properties list should be able to load. I.e. there should never be grayed out stuff.

Searching 100s of maps to be sure they all load as a subroutine would take hours

All maps of public version are re-validated and reachable. Tracks have been verified, 1 link fixed.
