Citation Generator #307

Should have a "How to Cite"

The data in the observed map is drawn from 1The data in the control map is drawn from [2] The data was processed by Juicer [3] using the methods developed by Rao & Huntley [4] and were visualized using Juicebox [5]. If you use these maps in publication, please cite: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

For the next version, we should have menu entries under file labelled 'Credits' which is just a credits page for juicebox, and "How to Cite" which should work as I described to Ido today.

Ideally we should see if we can scrape credit info for all tracks we have access to. It would be very handy for users if, once they have made a figure with juicebox, we instantly provided a bibliography.

I think the policy for citing ENCODE data is to cite the main ENCODE consortium paper.
