convert HiC-Pro contatc matrix to .hic #186

Hi, Do you know how to convert the HiC-Pro normalized contact matrix, not ValidPairs, to .hic format? Best,

You would need to ask those developers directly. Alternatively you could use the “short with score” format to input a matrix of interest.

FWIW I think HiCPro allows hic files as an output.
