I am currently working with a Merged_nodups.txt file, where can I find documentation on the columns of this file? I've seen that the juicertools pre says that the Merged_nodups.txt file can be used directly but I want to understand the Merged_nodups.txt file a little more. What I'm most interested in knowing at this moment is why there are two readname columns? Don't readpairs always have the same name?
