In the README, there is no mention of the Juicer Docker images, hosted here I believe: https://hub.docker.com/r/aidenlab/juicer/tags And the last release was six years ago which seems outdated Similarly the link to the ENCODE images is: https://hub.docker.com/r/encodedcc/hic-pipeline/tags

Perhaps adding this information in the README would be useful :-)
