It would be very useful if APA could have an argument setting the max value for the color bar.
In this case I am plotting loop regions from one sample using data from another sample, wanting to show that the loops are very weak (not callable) in the other sample. But the APA plots almost look the same. However, the sample of origin has the color max at 300 while the other sample is only at 100. If I could make them both max out at 300, then the other-sample plot would be very dim by comparison, as expected.
