If I want to get hic data(hic data after mega.sh merges duplicate samples) at other resolutions , do I need to start the analysis from fq data again? #283
Thank you very much!
The juicer software is very powerful and useful.I got the .HiC data using juicer software default resolution(Maximum resolution is only 5kb ) and merged the biological duplicate .HiC data (Maximum resolution is only 5kb ) with mega.sh, which is very good.
Now, I found that the resolution of the merged hic data can be theoretically 1kb, so I want to get the hic data with 1kb resolution. Should I start again with fastq file and run the software with 1kb resolution? Or can I start from whichever step in between to get the 1kb resolution hic data?
Looking forward to your reply!
