The documentation for the pre command on https://github.com/aidenlab/juicer/wiki/Pre lists various formats that the command accepts. However, it only gives an example in one of the formats and says nothing about the assumed sorting of the formats. Also, the 'extra short format' is listed as 'dev', and I am not sure what that means but it does not seem to be a valid format.
Please explain the sorting with examples of each format in the documentation. Thank you.
