How to modify the juicer.sh script #317

Open jacolmen opened 1 year ago

Dear developers,

Probably this is a trivial question but I think it is useful for new users of Juicer (such as me). What lines do I have to modify in the juicer.sh script in order to make it compatible with the cluser I use (SLURM cluster)? I suppose that are the "load" lines, but those lines are repeated many times. For example, lines 82-85, but then lines 87-90, and 119-123. Where do I have to specify the name of the partition I will be using? My cluster have different partitions and depending of the one I choose I have to write commands/paths to load the modules.

I will appreciate any help with this issue,

Javier

I tried to join the group but for some reason I don't appear as a member, so when I posted my conversation was deleted.

Thanks
