awk error #328

I am trying to install juicer fromhttps://github.com/aidenlab/juicer/wiki/Installation#dependencies. However wget fails to download file at wget https://hicfiles.tc4ga.com/public/juicer/juicer_tools.1.9.9_jcuda.0.8.jar.

Here is the complete error

I tried many times but every time it generates the same error. Can anyone help please
