The sample data link in the wiki docs are no longer accessible #331

Are you sure this is a bug? This is a bug in the wiki documentation not in the code.

Describe the bug Get a permission denied error when attempting to download sample data files provided in the "running juicer on a cluster" docs.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://github.com/aidenlab/juicer/wiki/Running-Juicer-on-a-cluster
  2. Scroll down to 'Step 9'
  3. Click on the listed sample data
  4. Get an 'AllAccessDisabled' error code

Expected behavior Clicking on the data sets allows you to download them so that juicer can be tested on a cluster.
