not enough arguments #74

Open TheCatalyticMicroChip opened 3 years ago

Hi, I am using straw with the following command: ./straw NONE GSE63525_K562_combined_30.hic 22 22 BP 500000 > K562.chHCT116_r22.500 kb.txt I get following error: "not enough arguments"

What could I be missing?

We will update the usage. There is a new first parameter before the normalization which should be observed (raw values) or oe (observed/expected values)
