Feature Request: Add functionality from "Note Folder Autorename" #118

Hi, I just migrated from the old folder note to your version, and I also have Note Folder Autorename.

I'd like to request functionality, so I can reduce dependencies on other plugins.

GIVEN I have Auto Sync enabled and have opened a folder note WHEN I use the command "Move current file to another folder" and select another folder THEN move the folder with the folder note, not only the folder note

GIVEN I have opened a note (not a folder note) WHEN I want to move this into a folder and make it a folder note THEN I want to have a command I can use, similar to the command "Note Folder Autorename: Make this note a folder note"
