creating a new note by ctrl clicking a link should automatically create folder for the current note #124

when you have a note inside a folder with folder-note and you type a non-existent link in that note. Now when you ctrl click the link to create new note, a new folder with the name of the current note should be created and the newly created note(by ctrl clicking) should be placed inside that folder
