"Delete linked folder" deletes both the folder note and the linked folder #83

In Obsidian v0.15.6, the command Delete note and linked folder deletes both the folder note and the linked folder.

Also it deletes them permanently instead of putting them in the Recycle bin (Windows)

Please fix the command Delete note and linked folder, but more importantly, any deletion should be recovered from the "Recycle Bin". It'd be a lot less catastrophic if something goes wrong.

I also know that you're very busy currently. So take your time, and thank you for the great plugin :D

I was simply testing out the plugin, and this made me lose an important folder with hours of work with no hope of recovery.
