Moving Note using the "Move current note to a different folder" command doesn't move the folder

The expected behavior here is that a folder note is the note representation of the folder and vice versa. So moving the folder note "Note" to a new location, for instance, "NewFolder/" would be expected to move both the note and the folder to "NewFolder/", while respecting the placement strategy selected in settings.
