I recently upgraded the plugin from 0.6.2 to version 0.9.2. Once I did so, the custom icons I have no longer render. The shortcodes are there and can be seen in Source mode, but in either Live Preview or Reading mode, they simply do not appear.
However, in Reading mode, if I hover over where the icon should be, I do get a tooltip type pop up with the icon name.
