Icon duplication within lists #61

I noticed that icons are constantly being duplicated within lists (bullet lists, numbered lists, to do lists, block quotes as well!) while typing in the next line. This is very frustrating to work with.

I love this plugin, and it would be even better if this bug is fixed somehow! :)
