Please describe the changes this PR makes and why it should be merged:

This PR contains:

one fix on documentation (on the contributing file)
a new file, .gitpod.yml, to configure MillionJS for Gitpod and helps contributor to quickly have a workspace ready to be used. This action was made on live with @tobySolutions (📺 Replay here).
