Future functionalities for communication handler #15

Features

These are the basic features to implement in the future to improve the communication handler #4 .

[ ] Modelling different communication technologies (optical, radio)
[ ] Modelling multiple communication bands
[ ] Modelling finite transmission and receiving radiation diagrams (TBD)
[ ] Checking if the time is the same for all the actors
[ ] Handling scenarios where multiple actors A,B wants to communicate with the same actor C
[ ] Modelling communications disconnections and loss of packets

Advanced Features

These are advanced features for even better modelling of #4 . Nice to have.

[ ] Modelling different modulations (this affects the number of bits that you averagely lose and the effective bandwidth that you can use)
[ ] Modelling Adaptive Modulations

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0094576511003742: section 3.1.3 models the relationship between transmitting power, satellite distances and maximum expected bit-rate (assuming BPSK). It also gives you the equation to estimate the consequent bit-error-rate.
