It would be better if you can specify how much memory taken is too much, so that it is easier to testify

It is not part of the NFR scope to specify the memory needed, which the exact amount is difficult to detemine.

Reason for disagreement: You don't need to detemine the exact amount of the memory, but you have to specify the upper bound of it. Otherwise, it will be hard to decide whether it has been met yet.
