Right-align file size column #187

This looks a lot better. E.g.: image

You can probably reuse most of this patch to implement it: https://github.com/openMSX/openMSX/commit/7e3d750448205a1e8125a9066b0bc82f3002ffd2

(It is a patch on IGFD, which was already modified in several ways, still, I guess you can use the gist of it.)

I was only thinking: let's start to feedback a bit what we changed in our copy of IGFD.... I have at least 1 more coming.
