Adding several features helpful in analysis of fluorescent images via MosaicEditor.

[x] Add LUT for coloring images (using pg.HistogramLutWidget)
[x] Control for setting image composition mode to allow compositing multiple images
[x] Improved image filtering options
[x] Save / reload complete MosaicEditor state
