Adds
biocViews:
to DESCRIPTION to prompt install of bioconductor packages
Adds statements to skip tests if chromVar, begenome is not installed
Research:
Bioconductor packages Not Installing with biocViews specification in Description section of Package
Check Bioconductor dependencies when running install_github?
