Hi Suhas

Thanks for making a nice resource, I am interested in trying PALMO for multimodal integration. I have installed PALMO but do not have the dataset example shown in the tutorial, is it possible to share a small test dataset for the same?

Hi, thank you for your question and sorry for delay. We were updating the package. You can start with public dataset as mentioned in vignette tutorial:5-8 https://github.com/aifimmunology/PALMO/blob/main/Vignette-PALMO.pdf.
