tested using multi user id with ipa/instanceid.

We only support ipa/instanceid control for id0, and the remaining part will use the reference img (one of the training image that can be seen in your user_id folder) to enhance the id information.

We can run ep in 8G VRAM when launch webui with "python launch.py --xformers --lowvram".
