Update LA/commands.json with Latin text [no ci] #197

For better idiomatic Latin, the term "challenge" has been replaced by "war," "server" by "community," and "channel" with "road."

Description of pull request

Adds the commands.json file customized for Latin into main-2.0/locales/la.
