Support a goal of each duration per user #214

Description of pull request

This pull request allows users to set a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goal at the same time, rather than one goal only.

I feel like the duration argument should be required for most of these? or are we always defaulting to the daily goal?

We're defaulting to the daily goal - I've made that explicit basically everywhere, as Winnie was getting cross with me for not doing so. I also did a little bit of related cleanup.
