Written determinations plug-in is only scraping the first page #4

http://apps.irs.gov/app/picklist/list/writtenDeterminations.html has > 50,000 documents. Our site currently just has the first page.

Also, it would be good to separately scrape, store and display the "UILC" number, which is listed on the IRS page

Note that Written determinations include other categories (Field Service Advice, Service Center Advice). It should be possible to tag these categories so that they can be listed and searched separately (in addition to the written determinations page.

How can we find out which categories belong to a document?
