Add ZBRENT error to stream

• I get ZBRENT error in VASP 5.4.4, and added to stream.yml.
• I ran pre-commit run --all-files locally which auto-updated docstring format of test functions in test_stream.py little bit.
• I used pathlib instead of os.path.
