Bump `aiidalab` and `aiidalab-home` to 24.09.0 #496

@mikibonacci would you mind testing the image from this PR? (ghcr.io/aiidalab/full-stack:pr-496) It includes the fix for a crash of the app store page that you saw previously. If you could verify that you can now install QeApp from AppStore without issues, and perhaps run a simple calculation, that would be great. Thanks!
