Bands, PDOS, and electronic structure #607

This is more a question for clarification. We now have 3 tabs when we run some bands:

bands (only bands)
PDOS (only PDOS)
electronic structure (a combination of both)

Shall we avoid duplication and only keep either electronic structure or the other two?

I did ask the same question to @superstar54, if I remember correctly, he mentioned there can be a mechanism that between the plugin it can suppress other panel to show. @superstar54 can you elaborate on it, if it is not yet support, please add an issue so we remember to solve it in the future.
