I think this is the bug bring by the https://github.com/aiidalab/aiidalab-qe/pull/566, the codes of localhost are automatically selected when it exists. But now in resource setup step, codes has to be selected explicitly.
To reproduce, select structure and setup the parameters and goes to step 3. The codes are not setup automatically.
