Move useful widgets from QeApp to aiidalab-widgets-base #382

We share lots of useful widgets between https://github.com/ispg-group/aiidalab-ispg and qeApp. It is a good opportunity to revise them and move them to aiidalab-widget-base.

It will also be a good opportunity to do an inventory of what is already there in AWB since it seemed to me some of the widget were at least partly duplicating some functionalities.
