Docs: Document the migration from 1.x to 2.x #436

The migration should include:

  1. Switching to the new Docker stack
  2. Backwards incompatible changes in AWB.
  3. Linking to the migration guide for aiida-core.
  4. Anything else?

This should be done before we release the stable 2.0 version, it will force us to see the big picture better.

I will close the issue. In case something else pops up, I will just add it to the wiki above.
