PBE, not pbe in verification protocol. #320

Just realized we made inconsistent use of the protocol name for verification. QE, Abinit, Fleur, BigDFT, cp2k and the CLI make partial or total use of the string verification-pbe-v1. All the other parts of the code use verification-PBE-v1. I verified in the paper and there we use verification-PBE-v1. Therefore we must switch to that.
