Include logic 'nbands_factor' from PwBandsWorkChain into PdosWorkChain #1043

This would facilitate that the number of bands considered in PdosWorkChain match with the ones generated from PwBandsWorkChain

This logic inside PdosWorkChain will help to avoid having this in AiiDAlab QE
