Adding an input option to control if PpCalculation should produce 'output_data'

It could be useful to modify the pp Calculation and Parser so the user has control weather the node should keep (parse) 'output_data' in the outputs. This could be beneficial for (user defined) Workchains where this behaviour is avoided.
