Update test_install.py install stable version #311

From the team, we agree on installing stable released version instead of pre-release version which may include bugs and not the plugin developers intend to show to the community.

Hi @khsrali, I merge this directly to see the effect. Since the preview only shows for changing plugins.yaml to prevent people inject malicious change and show preview with our domain URL. See https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-registry/pull/307.
