Refactoring on the running and tidy up the repo

• [x] Put everything in a big verification workflow again
• [x] CLI command to run the big workflow.
• [x] docker build and test as integration test to test run of CLI verification workflow as a whole
• [x] Run a full verification. Test parsing the results to final JSON is correct.
• [x] If birch marnaghan fit in convergence test failed, let workchain failed and using 300 Ry as cutoff for transferability tests. Won't too many and those are usually bad pseudos. (Do check all Hg PPs.)
• [ ] If isolate atom calculation in cohesive energy run failed, use 2 times of memory. (https://github.com/aiidateam/aiida-hyperqueue/issues/20)
• [x] Rename the measure -> transferability. and transferability -> EOS evaluation.
