Update aiida-core requirement to allow aiida-core 2.0 #55

Since reentry is not installed for aiida-core 2.0 these errors are ignored in the CI

@greschd I think the repository settings for required checks for a PR also have to be adjusted. The expected tests tests (3.9, django) and tests (3.9, django, -e) no longer exist
