Remove Python2 support #93

Since 2.0 is released, I think we can drop support for Python2 in the develop branch.

@giovannipizzi do you agree?

Yes, just mentioned this as an answer to your comment in #90 :-) Feel free to go ahead with the work (boring but satisfactory I think ;-) ), if you want!
