Pressing shift should not reformat the field #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the example
2. Type a big number
3. Move the cursor to the first character
4. Press shift, command, control or alt.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you press any of these keys the cursor is moved to the end of the field 
(the content of the 
field is reloaded/reformatted, but this is not necessary because the value is 
the same)

Fixed and tested in IE and Firefox.  This will be included in v1.4
