[feature request] afk command #323

can we get an afk command that works just like bleed or dyno so that you can set afk set afk message and itll show ur afk and ur message when someone pings and ur afk goes away when u send another message, can it also be made so that set staff roles can clear a users afk message if they leave something bad or against rules.
