Aiken will be a flagship project of the pragma organization. This has been a long time coming and as part of a kind of ceremonial hand off I've (@rvcas) created this pull request for the other maintainers (@KtorZ @MicroProofs) to sign off on (collectively known as the Aiken Council). This can be seen as a commitment from not only me but the whole Aiken team that this project belongs to the community. If things go well Aiken, will survive along with pragma long after various core maintainers come and go. There will be no change in the core team and we're all happily committed to working on Aiken for quite a while. That said, we intend on taking action on increasing the accessibility for external contributors. Special thank you to the @cardano-foundation for the continued support.
