Make own Settings.Idiom #3

To demonstrate tablet behaviour on my 7 inch device, we do not use Device.Idiom to switch NavigateAsync but our own Settings.Idiom which is set to the real Device.Idiom on startup but than can be changed in AdvancedSettingsPage
