grading syllabus #12

Tidy up grading syllabus and add our logo. And make freely available in an obvious and appropriate place!!

How would you feel about releasing our syllabus etc under a licence like this one... https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/

I think that our syllabus should only be available to our members, however a licence before a download may be useful
