Re-diagnose atmospheric radiative heating rates #1

Atmospheric radiative heating rates need to be re-diagnosed from the radiative fluxes for all-sky and clear-sky conditions. This needs to be done for all simulations, and the data is supposed to be stored in/work/bb1018/nawdex-hackathon_pp/ddttemp_rad-from-fluxes/ at DKRZ.

For re-diagnosing, the jupyter notebook /postprocessing/derive_heatingrates.ipynb is used.

All sims for 80, 40, 20, and 5km are completed. 2km is running currently, and 2km-shcon has not begun yet.

2km done for sim numbers 0001 ... 0010. Diagnostic for 00011 and 00012 currently running.

2km done completely. 2km-shcon remains to be done, and might involve the need to pull these sims from the archive again.

All 2km-shcon simulations are now processed. Radiative heating rates have thus been re-diagnosed for all simulations, and this issue is now closed.
